As a Project Manager at MOLA, Elaine is responsible for the design and management of archaeological projects.

Elaine joined MOLA in 1998. She initially worked as a Field Archaeologist on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and later as a Senior Archaeologist on the A2/M2 construction project in Kent and then the Chichester Flood Relief scheme. Since that time, she has supervised the field and post-excavation stages of many evaluations, watching briefs and excavations across London and the South East.

Elaine holds the IOSH Supervising Safely Certificate and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.
