Human Resources Manager
Joe is the Human Resources Manager at MOLA and is responsible for all of MOLA's HR activities including policy development, employee relations, pay and reward, recruitment, and learning and development. His work helps MOLA’s employment offer to attract and maintain industry-leading staff, whilst ensuring that the needs of those staff, and of the business and its legal obligations, are met through the effective operation of people-related processes.
Joe’s previous work places include Department for Work and Pensions, Environment Agency, and most recently City of London Police. Across all of these, primarily in HR Business Partner roles, he worked closely with a diverse range of specialists to support workforce planning, attendance management, talent, performance, and raising people-related management capability. He read Psychology for his BSc and has also completed post-graduate diplomas in Law and HR Management.
