We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Fundraising Development Manager to play an integral role in developing our fundraising strategies.

Who are we?
MOLA is an experienced and innovative archaeological and built heritage practice, international research organisation, and charity. With more than 300 staff in London, Northampton, Birmingham and Basingstoke, MOLA has been providing independent, professional heritage advice and services for over 40 years.

As a charitable company MOLA aims to create and share new knowledge to the benefit of society, and empower people to contribute to this process, through its award-winning research and engagement programmes. It is the only archaeological organisation in the UK to be recognised by Research Councils UK with Independent Research Organisation status, reflecting the value it places on academic research being undertaken by its team of in-house experts, often in collaboration with universities, communities and heritage institutions.

You will be responsible for brining in circa £1.8 million (over 3 years) from a variety of fundraising disciplines for MOLA’s Research and Engagement programmes. You’ll be writing cases for support and fundraising applications and will be responsible for the cultivation of our fundraising stakeholders and the delivery of small fundraising events. You’ll also develop and implement a strategy to develop new income streams.

What we offer you?
Along with a competitive salary, we offer:
•    22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pro-rata, rising based on service length
