Experience the unique sights and sounds of London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE, where the remains of the Temple of Mithras have been brought to life. Help celebrated children's author Caroline Lawrence brainstorm ideas for an exciting new book while you soak up the atmosphere of an ancient temple. You’ll gain insight into the way an author works, learn a little Latin and discover some surprising facts about those who worshipped the mysterious god called Mithras. This event is suitable for any 8-12 year old passionate about history, mystery and Romans, plus accompanying adults. It forms part of Museums at Night, a UK-wide festival of Lates in museums and galleries produced by Culture24.
