Our Heritage Consultants advise clients, helping them to achieve planning consent and discharge heritage planning conditions. Specialising in preliminary risk appraisal, heritage assessments and environmental statements, the team are also experts in preparing and submitting heritage consents, Conservation Management Plans and other heritage studies.
Anna is a Senior Archaeologist within the Built Heritage Assessments team, with an interest in London’s industrial heritage and the conservation of historical buildings. She has experience in both commercial and research archaeology projects and has been working for MOLA since 2015.
Anna’s main area of interest is in the conservation of historic industrial buildings. She has published an article for the Greater London Industrial Archaeology Society and takes an active interest in London’s industrial past.
Previous experience within the heritage industry includes working as a Community and Engagement Project Officer at MOLA, where she was responsible for managing the Archaeology in Schools Programme as well as developing, delivering public events and community outreach projects, managing project finances and developing sustainable relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Other experience includes having worked as a Field Archaeologist in London, Northampton and the West Indies. Anna has over eight years of laboratory based biological conservation experience and developing the Osman Hill project at the Royal College of Surgeons, England. As a biological conservation technician, Anna worked with both wet and dry human and non-human primate pathological collections, rendering historical collections safe for further research.
Anna is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (ACIfA).
