Dean Baker is Chief Operating Officer at MOLA. He is responsible for the scaling, streamlining and improvement of business processes and operations. This presently includes finalising integration and utilisation of the USQ/Sage/Yellowfin finance and project information management systems, improved health & safety compliance and reporting and leading the implementation of the quality management system to include compliance to ISO standards.

With a BA in Finance and Economics, he began his career in commercial banking and accountancy, then founding and directing a finance and operational consultancy for almost 20 years. Notable clients included the American operations of European-headquartered Henkel, Nestle and Haldex.

He has held the COO role both in the US (architecture) and London (architectural lighting), joining MOLA in January 2019.
