The Project Managers at MOLA successfully deliver on some of the most challenging archaeological and built heritage projects across the UK. Experts in complex urban sites, large open-area rural sites and above-ground built heritage, our Project Managers understand the pressures of construction and adeptly manage programmes to meet time and budget constraints.

Michael joined the project management team in 2015. His current role involves guiding projects through the stages of post-excavation assessment, analysis and publication. Prior to this, for over seven years Michael worked with our field team on both below-ground archaeology and the investigation of standing buildings.
Before he joined MOLA, Michael worked for a number of years as an archaeologist in Ontario, Canada, where he gained expertise in environmental archaeological assessments and infrastructure projects. Since coming to London, he has worked extensively in the urban environment, including spending over three years as one of the field supervisors and stratigraphic analysts for the archaeological evaluation and excavation of the Bloomberg London development, in the heart of the City of London.
