Paul is an Assistant Project Manager for MOLA Northampton, and is responsible for managing a range of evaluations and watching briefs across the Midlands, and managing burial licence applications.

Before joining MOLA, Paul managed the Lunt Roman Fort, overseeing a redesign of its museum display, as well as organising tours, archaeological research and family activities. He began his archaeology career in 1992 as a field volunteer on various sites around Coventry, then joining Northamptonshire Archaeology as a site assistant, and later moving on to become Museum Archaeologist for the Herbert Art Gallery where he excavated the claustral range of Coventry’s Benedictine Priory.
