Earlier this year, MOLA carried out an archaeological excavation prior to the construction of The Francis Crick Institute on a site close to St Pancras Station and the British Library. In the 19th century, the site had been a major distribution hub for fresh produce coming into London - the Somers Town Goods Yard.
