As Director of Digital at MOLA, I oversee the digital strategy and transformation across the organisation. My role is to ensure innovation and collaboration are digitally enabled and that MOLA is making the most of new software and technologies.
I have a BA in Archaeology and over a decade of experience in leading digital teams, focusing on user-centric change management and transformation. Previously, I have worked at other non-profit organisations including the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, as well as in the commercial sector.
