I am responsible for managing MOLA’s finds and environmental processing teams and programme across all of our offices. I work closely with our other teams including our field, specialists, and archives teams to ensure that processing work is delivered on time and to a high standard. I also oversee the movement of archaeological material in and out of our Northampton office, and liaise closely with other members of our logistics team and external contacts.
With nearly ten years’ experience of processing in commercial archaeology, I have overseen processing for projects ranging from large-scale urban excavations to small rural evaluations, and community test pits.
I enjoy community archaeology and have been involved in two MOLA projects aiming to improve wellbeing through engagement with archaeology, Delapré Digs: Archaeology for Wellbeing and Art & Archaeology: Wellbeing Wednesdays. I also have an interest in medieval and post-medieval archaeology and can produce small specialist reports on medieval and post-medieval pottery and clay tobacco pipe assemblages from the Midlands.
