Based in our London office, I manage multiple projects across the capital and south east England, from small watching briefs to large infrastructure projects. This includes costing, producing quotations, procuring plant and equipment, invoicing, and managing project budgets. In addition, I liaise with clients and other stakeholders, such as Historic England and GLAAS, as well as our teams and specialists across the company. During fieldwork projects, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of sites – liaising with our project officers and site supervisors.

Following 15 years studying, writing, and working as an archaeologist in Ireland, I started working for MOLA (MOLA-Headland Infrastructure) in 2017 on the A14 Scheme in Cambridgeshire, first as an assistant supervisor, then as finds supervisor.

I then joined the MOLA team working on HS2 excavations at Euston as an assistant project manager, before becoming a project manager in 2020. I have managed several large, multiphase sites, including HS2 projects at Field Farm and Blackgrounds Farm in Northamptonshire, and at West Ruislip Golf Course. I was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2024.
